Thanksgiving

The Mr and I enjoyed our first Thanksgiving together.  This year I am thankful for so many things that they are too numerous to list.

We spent Thanksgiving Day with my family and then the evening hours with Matt's family.  We had a wonderful time, a full tummy and blessings beyond measure.

Here are a few pictures from our First Thanksgiving {and a few decorations I had displayed}:

{My Parental Units.  This picture cracks me up because of my Dad and his antics.  I am so blessed with amazing parents.}

{The Mr and my Nephew...he came home with us and spent the night.  They were enjoying Mac & Cheese while watching "Ra-Tangled", that's what Lucas calls Tangled.}

Big Three-Oh

This is my LAST week in my 20s.
In a matter of days I will be celebrating the BIG THREE-OH.

About a month ago, I happened upon a blog that I found to be quite interesting.  {I do not remember whose blog it was, so I cannot give them credit for this inspiration.}  The blogger basically stated that she had just turned 29 and was inspired to make a list of things she wanted to accomplish before she turned 30.  She called it "30 before 30"; it is a bucket list of sorts.

Being that I am three days away from turning 30.  *ah-hem* I obviously cannot attempt to complete a list of 30 things before my 30th birthday.  Theresore, I've decided to make a list of 30 things that I want to accomplish in the year I am 30.

Without further adieu, here it is:

I will be updating the list as I mark off my list.  My hopes are to capture these events/activities on camera and keep you all up to date with my accomplishments.  Please, if you find my slacking...keep me accountable!!!  I really beleive that this is a do-able list and I will be a better person all around for doing this.

If you want to join me in my venture, let me know!  I'd love to see your list as well and be an encouragement to you too!

Welp, here we go...I've got to go do some running for the half-marathon!  *yikes*
